In the end, I really wanted a truck and I was going to continue going to dealerships until I found one that worked with me - and that was King Buick GMC! Thanks to everyone at King! I think everyone is jealous of my ride ;)
My first purchase from King GMC, my sales person was very polite, took the time to listen and find match the perfect vehicle to my needs. Very knowledgeable about GMC trucks. Told me how the sales process worked and truly seemed interested in getting me the best deal. I will definitely make King GMC my dealer for many years to come and recommend them to family and friends!
My salesman Daniel O. was very helpful. I liked that he could speak Spanish and really tried to help me find what I wanted in a car. He was very patient and took the time to explain to me things I wasn't sure of. I would definitely recommend him.
They are the biggest liers. When they are selling their products /policies they will promise everything but when you need any service / repair they will say it's not covered under policy and they will charge customers. They will recommend to change everything even its in good working condition which bring money to them. When you lrave this dealership they will ask you for a good review. I'm quitting this dealership and will not come again here.
Worst experience ever. I have a check engine light On. I decided to take it to the dealer,they made me to replace sensor and some others parts.I spent $1,200.00 and nothing resolve the problem. At the third time there, they said the fuel pump needs to be replace and the lines.trying to charge another thousand dollars. So I thought they were guessing (or learning)on my truck.

I just bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from King - I can't say enough awesome things about this place! Mary was great to work with - she treated me with respect (unlike every other place I visited). Actually, King was the 4th dealership I visited (including Win Kelly) because other dealerships were so condescending towards me. Every dealership would only talk to my husband - when I'm the person looking/buying a vehicle! But from the start, Mary catered to what I was looking for and when I said I couldn't do something - she found a way to make it work, whereas other dealerships would just end the conversation right there.
