Elite Brokers made my day Mr Dan. This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was very nervous did not know what questions to ask what to look for, The crazy thing was I located the car my dream online at Elite Broker. My first visit was with Ben I did not feel comfortable with him he was moving too fast and not listening time me.. he was only worried about me leaving a deposit. See I left went home and prayed on it.. called back and explained the situation to Sade she took the time out to listen then she transferred the call to Mr Dan. From that point on my car experience was amazing. Then guess what to top it off I seen Ben and he walked me out and sat down in my brand new car E350 and explained everything from top to bottom about my car.. then I cried for that’s the first time in my life that I ever purchased a vehicle on my own and wasn’t taken advantage of being a woman.. he told me if I have questions don’t hesitate to call .. and I’m still crying now... The staff is friendly and efficient and use a no pressure sales style, that was very welcomed. Ben helped my wife and I find and purchase a beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 for a amazing price. Dean was very helpful, walking us through the financing numbers and answered all of our questions helping us feel knowledgeable and confident about our purchase.
