This is the best service center I've been to. The staff is friendly, really all of them are friendly. Their prices seem reasonable. Usually (as long as they are not too busy) they even wash and vacuum my car, free of charge. I have no complaints.
I enjoy my experience with this Hyundai dealership and service center. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient in communication, and most importantly - they make you feel that they care about you.
I was prepared to pay for a major service today and it turned out that I didn't need a portion of the work to be done. I just received a call with great news and I will end up paying about 1/3rd of what I expected. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service. Another plus is that I am driving a comfortable loaner vehicle while my car is being serviced. Just a pleasure to work with these guys!
Keeping my rating at a 3 because I've had both great and horrendous service. I happily bought my 1st car there and initially had good service until my warranty ran out and they forgot to check my radiator thermometer during a very expensive annual service check. The mechanic was so insulted I blamed him for lousy service, my blown radiator and ruining my car, he returned the favor with a $5000 repair estimate for what turned out to be a simple $270 radiator replacement job.
So as you can see.. time will only tell what will happen during my next visit. Hopefully their service has gotten better over the years.
