I took my dog to get groomed and I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. The results were shocking I couldn't even recognized my dog. It looked like her hair was chopped uneven, to top it off the bill was extremely high.
Absolutely horrible. I had a couple issues with the grooming over the past six or 8 months. Thought I would give them one last chance dropped off my puppy explicit directions on how to groom explaining in detail what had happened in correctly in the past. Did absolutely no good as a messed up worse than ever . Worse than that they didn't seem to care.
This is the best PetSmart as far as management is concerned. Myself and my two babies were treated like the only customers in the store. I hadn't even planned on going in. I was meeting someone outside but my dogs love the store and there's always something on sale. The employees were super nice and the manager (Dave??) I'm so bad with names, treated us like we've been friends for years. Take heed you other pet chain stores, this one's run by the master. I certainly got my money's worth and am looking forward to my next visit.
We bring our husky Rico here often and the staff is super friendly and helpfully especially with how difficult it is to get Rico to eat. Rod is super helpful and kind. Really knows what he is talking about. He takes the time to answer your questions. There are 2 other great employees that always help us one is Joy and I forget the other girl's name she has black hair and I think is a manager. Those three employees really treat us like family. We enjoy going to this Petsmart.
Beware of the management and and under management in this store. They have no idea what professionalism means...maybe they need to look the word up. Extensive training might be a good idea. If that is something they understand. Aggression does not equal professionalism.
