Great vet place. The service is outstanding. Both humans and animals are treated very well. Love the staff (my cats don't necessarily love it, but that's because they don't like going anywhere in their cages). Not too many parking spots, but it is not hard to find parking around the place.
My vet was completely booked and my dog was so sick. Everyone here was amazing. They took such great care of us and I will definitely return.
We have always had positive experiences at Maple Springs. The staff is fantastic and always remembers my dog. Questions are answered in a detailed way, and I feel like they genuinely care. It's a great feeling.
My first appointment here for my dog was great! I met with Dr. M and she was wonderful with my very anxious dog. Unfortunately, the rest of our visits weren't so great. We met with another female vet that was very cold towards us and our animals. From then on we got conflicting treatment information from the different vets. When one of our dogs became so sick he stopped eating, we took him in for some tests. We never received a call about the results of the tests so when I took him for additional tests I was told the other tests were never done. I ended up driving an hour away to our previous vet to get the treatment he needed. When I needed a refill on some medication, my vet said she could call it in to a vet closer to me so that I wouldn't have to make the drive. When I asked Maple Springs to refill the medication they seemed upset I had stopped go to them, they never called me back to pick up the medication, said they needed all of his records, and when I picked up the medication the lady wouldn't even look at me. My dog is going through chemo for a very aggressive form of cancer and they couldn't even show some sort of sympathy to our situation because they were too busy being upset about losing a client.
I was shocked to have an extremely bad visit this morning. In the past I have been very happy there. Dr. Rivera was wonderful with my dog. I thought I was in for a quick blood draw and didn't even expect to see a vet. So I was annoyed to not only see a vet but have them try to tell me that my dog needed even more tests. Yet when I was on the phone with the vet nothing was mentioned other than the blood draw. I was actually hurt when the vet yanked my dog's leash out of my hand. Not saying I wasn't being a pain but last time I checked that was not a reason to hurt someone.
