Every time. I go I have no issues for my oil changes here . They do a great job Been going there for last 7 years .
I am very pleased with your staff. They are very courteous and professional. Every time I come there for my car work, they treated me with respect and always answer my questions and concern. They take time to explained what is needed to be done. Whenever I make appointment to bring my car I don't have to wait. I highly recommend Sears auto center for any car work.
They broke Lug Nut and Stud then they asked $56.98 which I said hell no. Additionally, my Michelin tire has defects and still under warranty, they asked $96 and they informed me that Michelin offered $39 off only . I called Michelin to verify if this information is correct and they said they don't have any case or records of this claim. I believe this is a fraud shop.I don't recomemnd anyone to go there.
The tire replacement with balancing and alignment took only 1 hour and 30 min. The stuff was very respectful. Although they might try to sell a few more services they still respect your decision.
Between 1hr-2hr is okay for the tire change because there are a lot of safety parameters that they have to check and double check to make sure the customer is safe and vehicle and is safe to operate.
I ordered four tires from Sears (online) with the installation and balancing. After reading the reviews here, I got concerned about the wait time and quality of service. However, I decided to try it out myself.
The bad reviews might be because of inconsistent service. HOWEVER, in my experience the service was GOOD and the stuff were very respectful.
Took my car to Sears for a routine tire rotation (included with purchase of tires). They left two lug nuts completely loose. Four others were not torqued properly. Two wheels started wobbling due to loose lug nuts. Had I not caught the problem myself, a wheel could have come off while the vehicle was in motion and their could have been a serious accident. They also broke four of the plastic lug nut caps. And as a final touch, they rotated the tires left to right / right to left instead of front to back / back to front. (Radials should always be rotated front to back / back to front.)
