Brought my F150 in for annual service, was in and out in under an hour without an appointment. I've sat in the dealership for 3hrs with a appointment. Sami the General Manager was great, taking the time to answer questions and speaking to the customer so you can understand what services will be performed. Talked to other customers in waiting area who were also very happy with their experience.
First time customer, and will now be a customer for many more years.

I have serviced all my cars with Hillmuth Automotive Gaithersburg for almost 20 years. Seven cars so far. They are courteous, professional, personable, but most importantly they are honest and they do quality work. They tell me when service on my cars is necessary but they also tell me when it's not. They explain to me everything they are doing to my cars in as much detail as I need. You may find certain services slightly cheaper elsewhere but those auto shops will get your money by performing unnecessary services to make up for it. With Hillmuth I know I'm getting value for my services and saving money overall. Nothing is more important to Hillmuth than their customers. It's obvious. Oh, and you won't meet nicer guys than Billy and Sammy at any auto shop around. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. I give them 10!

Superb service! Extremely knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the work they did for me. I have to say it is the best service I've had on my 13 year old Lexus. My car now performs as a brand new car. Much better pricing and more knowledgeable professionals than dealerships. I will use Hillmuth for all future repairs!
I called Hillmuth Auto Care Saturday morning to see if my vehicle concern could be looked at Hillmuth made it happen. It was suggested that I bring my vehicle in immediately. Hillmuth diagnosis the problem on the spot, it was my fuel pump. However, it was a weekend and I needed transportation, Hillmuth provided a nice vehicle until I was able to pick my vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon. We know car emergencies are not so bad when you have good people to help and Hillmuth staff is good people. I will be going back to Hillmuth for future repairs.
