We went for appliance shopping. The customer service named Michael was extremely educating and helpful. He spent more than 2 hrs explaining and writing down the numbers. The good thing is that they do not work based on commission, so they can be honest and not pushy. He also advised us of financing options. The prices are competitive and price match guaranteed.
The Gaithersburg Best Buy is terrific. The store is clean and well-stocked. More importantly, an employee is always available, and they are consistently willing to engage, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Very friendly. This store is a pleasant place to visit and find cool stuff to buy.
The best person to go to if you ever need help is Edwin! Every time we go there and have any questions or need help with something we specifically look for him! He is very helpful and kind. He makes sure you are completely satisfied before you walk out the door! He definitely made this holiday season shopping much easier and enjoyable! Nobody around to ask for assistance. You actually need to walk around to seek for someone to help you with what you're looking for and then wait for them to finish with whatever they are doing in order for them to be able to help you. Extremely elevated prices the exact same Samsung cable (brand, type and length) that you can find in Wal-Mart for $9.96, they sell it for $24.99 and the same Otter Box phone case for the Galaxy 8 is $10.00 cheaper in Wal-Mart also. Definitely not coming back.
