I've been to this store twice and gotten horrible customer service. First sells me a sim card, won't help make it work then refuses to refund my money. Second time the same guy calls me a liar to my face 3 times because he doesn't believe the rate I currently have and refused to look it up by my name. When I told him I'd go get my iPad to show him since he wants to call me a liar and then he can go 'f himself' (no cuss word said), he banned me from the store. All he wants is to up sell over priced data packages, call AT&T directly, they have much better service and deals.
I'm never stepping in into this At&t store again. Beware guys !!
Rudest place I've been to in a long time. I was sent here by the 800 customer service line. I get there and explain what I need and who sent me. The immediately tell me that customer service did not tell me to come into the store, and it went downhill from there. I finally insisted they call the customer service number so we could all get on the same page. They called, spoke to them without me being able to hear the other side of the conversation, and when I asked to speak to customer service on that phone, the store associate refused and hung the phone up. Astoundingly rude. And it got worse. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid this store. Don't bother.
The manager Santana did not have proper knowledge of the offer even though I was pointing him to the At&t website. Instead of providing the $300 credits, he said he could only allow me to buy accessories worth 300. I told him I do not need any accessories worth 300, he said that was my only option which was to buy accessories on the very same day and he could not offer any credit as the offer says. I showed him that the other At&t store folks were fulfilling this as per the offer and he being a Store manager lied on my face that the system doesn't allow them to do anything. Wasted 30 mins trying to avail my offer.
I went to the next nearest At&t store 5 miles away and he asked about the offer me and added the credit to my account in 5 minutes.
I went in on the Saturday after Black Friday around 4pm and had an extremely long wait. I was there for like 4 hours. However, the manager was very attentive and she made sure I was ok as I waited. I patiently waited my turn because I desperately needed a new phone. When it was my turn, I was irritated and annoyed, but tried to be pleasant. Phillip helped me. He is absolutely AMAZING. He has excellent customer service approach and really made sure that I left a satisfied customer. He apologized over and over for the long wait and was just very kind to my son and I. He made sure my new phone was exactly what I wanted, that the backup was added to my new phone and even called the next day to make sure all was well with my new phone. I would have given 5 stars, had I not waited that long, but I also realize it was a Saturday evening of Thanksgiving and everyone was out shopping. I hope At&t realizes Phillip and his manager (the female) are the type of employees they really need to keep and value.
We had been helped by Ed, who took the time to answer our many questions and concerns. He is AMAZING and I highly recommend you see him when visiting this store. The staff at this store are not only knowledgeable about AT&T, but very professional as well! We are very happy with the customer service provided here :)
Mr.Santana being the manager of this store was either ignorant of this offer that has been out for a week and tried to scam me into buying accessories instead of the credit offer says. He was even spreading the ignorance to his sales representatives.
