Rude customer service. Bought 3 lamps that were marked on sale. Looked at receipt before exiting the store and noticed I was charged $80 more. Went to dispute the charges at customer service and the woman said, “Was it a lot” with an attitude. Does it really make a difference if it was $1 vs $80?! There is so much more that happened that I can’t even cover it all. Target...if you value your “guests”, you guys need to re-evaluate your management team. This store doesn’t even deserve a star.
This is a good target store. Open late and pretty standard target. Clean. Good selection of everything. Parking could be better. No real complaints.
The worst customer service. The customer agents (were two people) did not allow me to use my manufacturer coupon for "La Roche" product, they just said that the product do not look the same as the coupon. The coupon was for any La Roche product. When I was leaving they told me that I am not able to have the cart out. "how in the world I am going to take my stuff to my car without a cart?" They forced me to take out my stuff and leave Target without a cart. I leave that place thinking to do not come back again. I was so upset that I almost returned everything to the store.
The store is two levels with a parking garage attached. There isn't much street parking but there is plenty in the garage. The employees I talked to were nice and knew where things are in the store. Which was super helpful since it's two stories. There are also two elevators if you have a stroller or wheelchair. It has a Starbucks inside as well
Target is becoming a disaster! When my mom was trying to purchase something with her gift card, from the baby registry, they said they can't order it for her. They were so lazy and they didn't want to help at ALL! One really nice costumer who didn't even work there, she was so nice to my mom. She went online and looked and looked on the target website to see if she could order my mom's stuff with the target gift card. That's what a target worker is suppose to do. My mom just didn't understand why they didn't want to help. What's the big deal if they order it online for my mom? I hope that you don't have that same experience as my mom! One worker sent my mom up and down the escalator and wait, wasn't the worker suppose to do that herself? Target workers are suppose to be working to help other people instead, they are making costumers do it theirselves! They weren't even busy! That's the thing that bothers me!
