Bought a sofa here and the salesman was very helpful. Price was much better than I expected and delivery was great.
Macy's charged me $10 extra for two kitchen items (Bella slow cooker and toaster Owen) during thanksgiving sale. When I was filling the mail in rebate form, I realized the price was not matching between receipt and rebate form. Took the receipt to Macy's that's near my house to get the price adjusted. Not sure if the Rebate will be honored due to price mismatch.
Good thing this Macy is closing soon once the mall shuts down within the few years. Difficult to find a representative willing to help at the watch counter. After waiting for one to finish with another customer, I asked to try one on. She asked several times which one and couldn't understand which watch I was referring to (likely the watch area was not her department) then stated they don't allow you to try on a watch unless you're buying it. The only reason I went into the store was to try it on before purchasing it online elsewhere anyway for a better price. I took my business elsewhere and tried the watch on in Lord and Taylor, who were also willing to price match the online price. In hindsight, I should've bought the watch at Macy's, tried it on, and then return it immediately.
I was surprised to be immediately greeted by an employee when entering Macy's. I admit its been a while since shopping there. All the cashiers were also very friendly & helpful. A change from the aloof vibe I always felt before. Nice change!
I met a senior lady at she is from India. She is so kind and patient. I hope she is being rewarded for the hard and effort work she is doing at Macy !!!!
