I would like to thank Sara, this store's manager for going the extra mile to resolve the issue I was having with my weeding band.
While I enjoy the staff at Zales in Lakeforest, I really don't care for the issues I continue to have with the store. It seems that corporate and the store have different ideas of how to operate and process orders; especially after purchase orders. My husband and I have had to deal with a few issues as of late.
