Eva has always done beautiful work for us and the value can't be beat. My fiance has gone to her since our first Christmas together when he purchased a lovely aquamarine pendant with diamond accents, followed by matching earrings for Valentine's Day. It was a natural choice to ask her to help design my custom engagement ring, which couldn't be more perfect. I love it and receive compliments on it regularly from random strangers. In fact, we're so satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, we'll be back today to pick out our wedding rings.
Terrible customer service. I had a Movado watch that needed to be fixed and the owner, Eva, said it wouldn't be more than $50 and would take about two weeks to fix. It took them over four weeks to fix the watch (they ship their watches to NY) and they said the estimate was higher than $50. They ended up honoring their original estimate, so I paid $50. However, a week after wearing the watch, the minute hand fell off. I called to let them know and Eva said she "did me a favor" by only charging $50 because "Movado's are expensive". She was the one who quoted me "no more than $50"! Now, I don't know whether to return to the store for them to fix their mistake or if I shouldn't bother. Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service!

They weren't very helpful for what we were looking for, and it took them a while for them to even notice us and let us in since the buzzer wasn't ringing. When we wanted a modification done on a piece of jewelry, they just kept telling us why we didn't need it.
