Some of the staff are friendly and they order takeout on the weekends, but I would not recommend this facility to other people that are fighting schizophrenia. The head researcher here Dr Litman does not know what he is doing, he told me that the hallucinations I was having would stop after 6 months of medications. I have taken the medications for over 3 years now and I still have hallucinations every day of the week. The trial medications are very strong and they will knock you out and make you feel very sick Iv done about 6 studies. I’m starting to have side effects from the medications and gaining dependency on the drugs. I also had problems with my stomach I think this may have been due to some of the study drugs because I was vomiting after taking them. I would not recommend these studies as a source of income unless you are completely stranded. I would recommend working with your case manager for other options I dont think its worth it in the long term.
