Therapist don't arrive to home visits on time. Receptionist do not call patients to reschedule when they know the Psychiatrist will not be in. Instead you will have to travel to the appointment and then be told you will have to be rescheduled. Very inconvenient for anyone who works or any student that was taken out of class to make the appointment. The staff in the Frederick and Gaithersburg office are nice and both offices are clean and neat. As a company they have bad business ethics and can use some improvement.
