Edit: they finally answered my call and said they had to come to pick up the flowers to issue a refund. Two weeks later... no refund, but I saw their driver came to pick up the flowers...
Buyer beware. The red flag is the spelling and grammar on the page, and no person who works for the company actually answering any of the calls.
Ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers. Had someone come in and tell me that my flowers were not loaded and that he would be back. He never came back. What makes it worse is that I was going to take these flowers to the cemetery for my mother's birthday. Now I have nothing to take. Thanks for nothing. You all the worst florist. You all need to close your door and stop pretending. The worst customer service ever!
My husband ordered flowers for me from this place a week before our anniversary. On the day of the delivery they called to tell us they won't be delivering the flowers. The roses just turned up today and they were left on the doorstep..some of the roses have broken stems. Basically this company just doesn't care about its customers or providing a good service.
My aunt had ordered a beautiful centerpiece online. When I texted her to say thanks she wanted to see picture of it and she thought it look a difference size than the one she ordered. She sent a complaint to the company and they were very helpful in redelivering a new one the next day but it was still identical to the one from the day before. The Hispanic delivery driver was very nice and friendly and the flowers are very fresh but please just try to pay attention to how the centerpiece is online. I still recommend them though because the flowers are very fresh and beautiful!
I recieved a delivery notice on Wednesday and was told I could pick up the flowers the next day. I went by there at 5:30 pm on Thursday and it was closed. I left a message at that time and my mother left another message the next day (Friday). It's Saturday evening and still no phone call or flowers. This was placed through 1-800-FLOWERS and I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When someone did I explained the problem and was automatically placed back on hold with no acknowledgment for an additional 15 minutes. What a rip off!!!! I advised the person who sent these to get a refund. I would never do business with 1-800-FLOWERS or Montgomery Village Florist and I'll be sure to let as many other people know as possible.
Received a half dead, LATE arrangement from them for Mother's Day. They couldn't be bothered to return my calls or the calls of the person who placed the order despite their website boasting a satisfaction guarantee.
