Look experienced but very poor customer service. They gave me poor quality flowers. I have to admit they asked me about my price range and gave me options however, they did not care about my satisfaction.
I was out of town for the holidays and needed a delivery very last minute. I did not think there was anyway I was going to get it done, but they did it for me and i heard they were beautiful!

My experience was saved by it's kind staff apart from the manager (owner?). I didn't buy what they were pitching to me and the lady in charge seemed to get upset. She was in a foul mood while the rest of her staff were very sweet and helpful. She made me feel unwelcome and I wanted to leave fast. Would rate less if not for her excellent staff
