I ordered a floral arrangement for my husband birthday and they provided free same day delivery, which is unheard of. The flowers arrived before 5pm and without any issues. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh. I'm used to them either being wilting or not bloomed yet when u go with online vendors like proflowers or 1800flowers. I would def. Recommend.
easy online ordering experience, LOVE free same-day delivery if order placed before a certain time, love ordering from a local florist that delivers flowers not in a box. my mom loved the flowers and the picture she sent me was gorgeous.
While the flowers and card were nice...
They left them outside on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell in the middle of winter. I left explicit instructions to do so and they did not so the flowers were sitting outside for a full day in the cold. As a result recipient did not receive them on the day I requested.
screwed up my order and didnt even deliver it on the day requested flowers died a day later not happy! Money was refunded
We ordered an arrangement for a friend and she was extremely happy with them. We had a bit of a mix up when our order was accidentally automatically confirmed as delivered on the wrong date, even though it hadn't actually been delivered. Their customer service was excellent, and it was all straightened out. I would definitely use Agape again!
