The associate couldn't apply a coupon and I explained that I used one two weeks prior on the 5 for $28 deal. She then called the manager's attention on the headset for assistance, and the lady decided to communicate with her through the headset instead of coming on the floor to talk. She tells her that I cannot use the coupon on my purchase. I called customer service who didn't understand why I was unable to use the coupon and proceeded to take my order on the phone. I've worked in retail for a few years and one thing I dislike (as a customer and an associate) is when a manager is called to help during a customer issue regarding a purchase and they talk through the headset instead of coming to look at the situation firsthand.

The help I received was not at all exceptional compared to my last couple visits. Luckily I don't live in the area so I can shop elsewhere!
