If that was my employee, she wouldn't have a job anymore. My friend told me to say something so that it doesn't happen to someone else. I love this area and I'm friendly to everyone. I hope this is the first and only time that has happened.
The price for the clothing & gift are cheaper here. The problem is you cannot find the right items quickly here, they are not arranged properly.
Today is the second time I have been to this store. This older, slightly bigger, red haired Caucasian lady, in the men's department wearing a black uniform and a microphone was so RUDE to me! It ruined my entire morning. I'm African American and she said some things to make me feel like we're not welcome there. I hope this doesn't represent what Burlingtons coat factory stands for.
I've been able to get some great deals at Burlington Coat Factory over the last couple of years. As a retail worker myself for a discount store, I was highly disgusted with the way that customers just tear up this place. Clothes are all over the floor, curtains are opened and out of the package, it's just a nightmare. I used to work at discount store near here and I would get so fed up with cleaning up after the pigs that shopped there. Montgomery County Residents, not all, but some, have no respect for the stores they shop in. I explained this to the cashier who rung me up. I went on a day when returns and discarded merchandise were just piled up. I felt soooooo bad for the employees who had to put up with that non-sense. Makes me feel good not to be living in this area anymore.
