Staff knows what they are doing. Helped with my snowboard bindings. Great selection for winter sports. The items in the store are pricey though being high end.
Very knowledgeable and respectful employees! My recent visit was for snowboarding boots; James was very patient and helpful as it took me time to really get a good feel and make a decision. Multiple team members helped me out in other areas of the store, each went out of there way to ensure I found what I needed. Quality products, and we'll know brands are featured in this store.

Been here on 4 different occasions and the staff is always helpful and makes sure you get the info you need. The gentleman that helped me listened to my needs about my boot size, asked about my budget and helped me find what I needed. Guy wouldn't stop grabbing boots from the back until I was satisfied. They are a quick and efficient bunch. Will definitely make this place my one stop shop for my snowboarding needs.
