Bought a nice pair of Blacksmiths that were a half size to big. Took the shoes back in and the clerk, Kevin, couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about shoe fit and got me in the right boots. I've never had better customer service in a shoe shop.
10/10 I felt very welcomed and I didn't feel pressured to buy at the end I got my logger boots
