I bought a pair of Reebok shoes for my son. After 4 days, I noticed an inch of broken stitches. So, we went to the store 7 days after the purchase. The store refused to deal with us and asked us to deal with manufacture directly. When we asked the casher to call the manufacture, she said that she did not know the number. After we talked with the manager of the store and asked for the number, she called a different number than the number the manager gave us. SHE LIED TO US that she did not know the number. The worst is that after she talked on the phone, we talked to the other end and asked them the phone number, which is different from the number we were given. This is unbelievable. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
This location is fine however I had a sales person tell me that I could not return my online order because they did not carry the shoe in the store. I called their customer service number and they said that it was a wrong of them not to return or exchange from the store level as it is their function. I decided to just ship it back however I hope that they train their employees so that others will not be inconvenienced like I was.
The workers have been very nice everytime I've delt wit them, even holding a pair of shoes so I could just wait 2 come back wit my fiance to let him pick out his own shoe's! Definitely one of the best foot lockers I've delt with!
