We only stayed in the one bedroom studio for one night but we were pretty pleased, especially for the price. The room was nice and had a big fridge and nice TV that you could rotate. Good bathroom, nice athletic room (nothing fancy but it had all the essentials, like treadmills and weights). The continental breakfast was good, too. Really good for the price.

Service really sucks in this place. Marriott is such a brand and you can just book a room just for the brand. Service is not good, they either don’t come at all or they just replace towels and go away without doing anything else. I stayed for 5 nights this week and really terrified of their service. Toilet water wasn’t flushing at 8PM at night, when called the receptionist she said use the plunge and get it repaired by yourself or wait until tomorrow 9AM. I was shocked to hear that, when asked if she can give us a diff room, she said no. Staff is really rude and she had the audacity to say guests clean it at this hotel. I saw a lot of spiders, centipedes. Kitchen sink started getting some blank stinky water as soon as the washer was turned on, they neither fixed it nor changed our room. We are platinum elite guests, we stayed paying a corporate rate, yet got a bad experience and bad service. On top of that, we fell sick the very first day of our stay here. General manager was aware of the bad experience we had last time, he didn’t care to check on us this time even after telling him that we were there at his hotel and complaining about a few things. When general manager do not care about his guests, why would anyone else working at this hotel care? Poorly maintained property, I would stay away if going with kids as there are hygiene issues.
It was a great hotel. Very clean and the room was wonderful. It would be nice if they could label which breakfast items have dairy in them because some people have allergies and it is hard to tell what is safe
