They seem to be nice enough people, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind their service! I am disappointed!
We have used H&H Lock for all our home locks, they are prompt and provide quality installation. The company I work for used them to setup a master key system. we also purchased a few different safes for valuables. Their staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend H&H.
They managed to replace me key that broke in half ! Thank you guys so much !
They charged me $20 to cut two blank keys. None of them worked OK. Here was their solution: I deal with it myself! They refused to even try to cut another blank key properly for me, not even to mention a refund! They insisted that their cut was perfect, even though they could not get the key work right in front of me. They blamed the blanks.
