Bonnie was amazing in helping me cut a copy of CubeSmart lock key. I know it was a difficult cut due to my attempts with kiosks and visits to hardware stores. After managing to bring the lock in with a loaner lock from Bonnie, she was able to make me a copy that worked better than the original!

I went to Lowes to get keys cut. That was my first mistake. Called Baldino's and after they reassured me that they could cut the keys that I had I drove over. Walked in the door and two minutes later had my keys cut. Service was fast, inexpensive, and most importantly polite... unlike the "customer service" at Lowes.
