They do sell quality products and have good fireplace inventory. however the staff really doesnt know much if any about what they sell and are snobbish with there attitude. No knowledge of the stoves or installation procedures.

Paul, Ruth, Pat, and Bill were fantastic guides as I went from zero knowledge to having a gas insert successfully installed in my home. Gas inserts are not cookie cutter products, so having the experience of this team meant a lot.
