Can't vouch for the others that are getting "great service" from the Gaithersburg branch. My experience is exactly what the YELP reviews say. We've called (had a contract for 4 months) and called regarding promised services. We get the "the manager is busy and will call back in 24 - 48 hours" line. So we wait 4 days and call again. The record of our prior calls seems to have disappeared. We are still waiting for resolution on 2 of the prior 5 items we contracted for. This is 4 months into our contract!!!
We originally signed up for service with Alterra. We have been extremely pleased with the level of service we have received but of course were a bit apprehensive when we heard we would now be dealing with Terminix. We needn't have worried! We had our first service since the name change and were very happy to receive the same, high quality service we have received all along. Our service tech was friendly, pleasant and extremely thorough. We are happy to recommend them!
