It is a pity that these things happen because for employees so companies lose customers. On Sunday, November 5, I got to train at night and the lady who was at the desk told me that I could not enter that I owed $ 20 dollars when my menbresia is 10 a month, for some strange reason I was not debited this money and apart $ 5 surcharge for not being my usual training place (I had never received this extra charge), so I retired from this gym because BREANNA did not let me in and with a non-negotiable attitude. Then I go to the germantown planet and the young man from this town let me in and I explained cordially and arrived at a payment arrangement (which was not my fault). New to this club but certainly not to health clubs. Well managed and trained staff. Courteous. Clientele seems considerate and focused. Machines and premises clean. Not overly crowded. Pleasant surprise!
Stay away from their restrooms !! No cleanliness. I know it’s the cheapest gym but maintaining the restrooms should be basic need as per law - even gas stations and mc’ds have better restrooms. Full of germs and never saw cleaning these areas. Broken water taps and broken hand air dryers are always common. Complained about it many times but no use. Even the lockers smell sweaty and germs. I use thier equipments and run out of that place as early as possible. Atleast improve the restrooms. On a weekend I found shaved hair next to hand wash place.
