Lake Forest Sport and Health Club has undergone significant upgrades over the last year. Lots of new equipment, redesign of some areas a generally improved atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful and all of this has made my transition from the now closed Rio facility very smooth.

I love this Sport & Health so much! The gym has everything I need for my workout. To add, the amiable staff tries their absolute best to accommodate you no matter what it is you need or request from them. Adam has been extra gracious to me and my family as we transitioned from the Rio location to this one. Because of him, the transition was very smooth and caused no problem for us at all. Thank you to Adam and all the staff for making going to the gym always a pleasant and positive experience for us!
If you are looking for gym where you want to get to your fitness goals, then Lakeforest Sport and Health is the place to be. They are always finding ways to improve the gym and help the members reach their goal. they just renovated and their prices are very good for what they have to offer. Trainers are always available to speak to about any tips.
I discovered this gym back in 2015 and the staff have been incredibly welcoming, kind and caring towards me and my fitness goals.The pool is very high quality and is by far my favorite place to swim in terms of pool portions, cleanliness, and location. Although I don't live in the area anymore, I still happen to drop by now and then and enjoy the facility.
