Great office. I bring both of my kids here. NP Victoria is amazing. She is so caring and understating. I make sure she is the only one that sees my kids because she is so gentle with them.
This has been my children's pediatrician since birth. They are great. The office is fairly clean. For the most part they always have appointments within a day or two which I love. Ms. Victoria is very kind, always answers any questions I or my husband have and she always gives them a little book after every check up, it's a nice gesture. The nurses are great as well. The only suggestion I have is for the receptionist to be more kind and smile when greeting patients.
My kids seen these people since they were born they do everything a doctor should do like follow up with the patients, send prescriptions to pharmacy and if the patient doesn't have an appointment and kids are very sick they take you in right away. Staff are super nice.
Most ladies at the Montgomery Village office are pretty nice. Except Jenny she's been very rude with me over the phone both times on different occasion that I had to call. She has no CUSTOMER service did not help me but decided to transfer call so someone else can help. people like that shouldn't be working in a environment where they have to interact with other people. She definitely gives the office a BAD reputation. Rosa on the other hand is very professional and is very sympathetic with patients needs.
