All this racism happening in America the Office manager have issues with African descent persons. You will not see any African descent individuals in this office and she take issue with the patients. Very disrpectful staff, fabricate on patients, discriminatory practices which the Precision Othopedics is held liable while the manager chews gum and speak Spanish & gossip about the patients. Unethical, unprofessional, uneducated, unproper telephone etiquette and unlearned principles on operations, EEOC practices and no managerial skills.
The staff is rude. They left me on hold and then hung up on me. Are the office employees volunteers, on prison work release, or are they getting paid? The 2 stars is for the physician. It is debatable if the office should get one star only. But, I am generous.
Dr. R.B. is professional but where did Precision Orthopedics find the most unprofessional individuals staff from the seven eleven store? They are intimated by education? Very unprofessional and ghetto! Very unethical and unprofessional people I ever met. Someone got to call the State and investigate the quality of services provided to the patient. You hear the Dr. Rishi begging the staff like children to stop acting like children! It is sad! There are more qualified individuals out there you might have to pay more but it's worth to pay ! Why pay less for sloppy work. Learn the law about prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, slandering patients good name (be careful what you say to people) and providing quality of care.
Front office staff is really unprofessional they don't have any ideal what they are doing my child's doctor faxed them three times a referral they claimed they never got it my doctor's office had a fax transmission sent to me they stated they never got it SMH that's not good office management. They need to start over and restaff the office. Will add more later after my child's appointment!
Not sure why there are so many bad ratings but there are a lot of people with unrealistic expeditions
