Don't think that 'reservation' means you'll get the car you selected when you booked (AND PAID FOR) your rental - you only get whatever they have on the lot - you're not RESERVING a particular car! We selected a convertible to drive through the Florida Keys - no such luck. The folks with us had selected a Standard Sedan, but they didn't get that either. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because the employees at the counter were quite sympathetic and as helpful as they could be. Think twice before using Budget.
Budget. It is not like Enterprise. The location is inside Sears and they only have a little desk. The problem here is the line and having to wait sooooooooo long to get attended. And there are no places to sit. However once you see an agent they move fast and get you a car right away. I think this place could be better if they had more staff working that way people won't have to wait. So if you want to rent from here just come 15-20 minutes before your reservation.
I enjoyed coming and renting from them. However, not able to now due to finding out that my credit is not good enough and been able to get a vehicle every time without problems until now. I am very upset that I am not able to rent anymore. Would also like to know why now that they decided to check credit? Also, what does your credit have to do with renting a vehicle? I have been a great customer and have not given any problems until now.
I reserved the rental truck 3 weeks in advance and 2 days before my reservation they told me the truck was not available. They moved it to a location further away and a day later I received another call that the truck was unavailable, which was moved to a third location that was even farther. They have lost my business for good.
These people cheated us. They gave car filled with of the tank with gas later while returning the car they asked to make it tank full otherwise they forced us to pay 70$ extra ..bad day for a single day I spent 120$ for a intermediate car
