I will never call in an order to Gaithersburg Corner Bakery. I called in an order for Abby BLT. Got home bacon not cooked well. Bread not toasted. Actually the bread was white bread. That could partially be my fault because I did not ask for particular bread. I thought that it automatically came on panini. I gave it three stars because I have visited the Gaithersburg Corner Bakery before a few times and placed my order within the store. No more calling in an order. That being said let me add that when I called in I let the phone ring 32 times before someone answered and took my order.
I asked if I could have lunch because it's 11am and the server, Iastou said no. Lo and behold I sat down and there were people around me eating lunch sandwiches. I was upset, I asked for the manager Deangelo and asked why I was denied lunch/food at this establishment. He apologized but Isatou, the server kept being disrespectful, and made fun of us in front of me and my family and in front of her manager! This kind of behavior is extremely unacceptable, unprofessional, and never have I been denied food as a paying customer. Is this kind of treatment allowed at this Corner Bakery?

I love the Corner Bakery. Great menu. Great food combinations. I think the pricing is a little steep, but all said, this place is great.
