I ordered three different cakes and I was a little demanding with a lot of specifications per each one. Asked for a custom touch and they absolutely nailed it. Details were unbelievable. They got everything right and the cakes were delicious! They worked with me on everything, very happy with the customer service and product
We love their cakes and pastry. I always get cake from the Classic bakery for all different occasions. The people working their are very nice and friendly. They deserve five stars.
Cute and tasty small cakes available. Cookies and Sorbet. Friendly staff. Mocha cake was the best ever, but found their cookies too dry for my taste. 5 stars for their cakes and service.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Cakes are only decent. Whole Foods makes a MUCH better fruit cake for a better price. But what's really wrong with this place is their customer service. It is AWFUL. as if speaking in a different language in front of your customer isn't rude, they also tried charging an inconvenience fee because they had "so many cake orders" for the weekend I requested. Never again.
This rating is just a first impression rating. I like the vibe(i.e. music, temperature, decor). It's clean, airy and light. Sampled a few things on the menu, very yummy. They are accommodating to different things the customer wants. Was my first visit and I said as much and the manager came out and took my order and welcomed me properly and seemed equally as nice to other customers. Love their specialty products. Worth a visit even if you do not live or work in the area like I do.
