I went to this because my T-mobile was killing me and the manager Amadou was very nice and knowledgeable. He knew all the products and asked all the relevant questions to find the best phone for my needs. Very honest and steered me away from what I did need. Way better than T-mobile or Sprint . Highly recommended. As soon as you walk in you know that he is not only interested by the sales but actually cares for you to come back
Tried to return a brand new phone that they couldn't activate, so I had to reactivate my old one online by myself. When's the next day and they told me that I couldn't return this brand-new phone that hadn't been activated, but they deactivated my old one so I was without a phone. I've only been there twice, but both times they had the worst customer service. Don't ever go to this store. There's a few more locations in less than I mile from the mall.
The worst shopping experience ever. Avoid this store at all possible way. even if you suffer for few days without phone.it is not worth the headache. worst owner and manager ever. I will not recommend this store not even for my enemies to walk in this store. they lie about anything as soon as they make the sale they they do not know you.
Please for your own sake stay away from this store. I complained to the corporate about them.
