They are fabulous!!! Extremely nice, explained the pricing and specials they had. Made the transition to a smaller unit very smooth! Definitely going to do business here for a long time!!! *** UPDATE 12/7/17 just went online to make a payment only to find out that my rent jumped $20! They said they can only notify you by mail which to me is laughable because you have to verify a phone number, and email address. I have had storage units for years, and this one... not too happy.
Friendly staff, easy to get in and out. I used this storage facility for a little more than an year and I have no complaints. My stuff was kept well thanks to their climate controlled settings. Will definitely use it again.
Some companies are modern and understand customers and some do not. Some companies pay big money to market to people playing Pokemon (Starbucks, cell companies, etc.) This company sends the manager out to the parking lot and threatens the cops if you stand in the grass next to them. They could market to this set of customers for free but no dice. Don't buy things from people with bad attitudes. Go down the street you have 4 more options from nice people.
Friendly people and a convenient location. I am treated like an individual rather than a storage number. Nowadays that level of service and attention is sadly rare. Highly recommended!
