It took 40 minutes to get our drinks, waitress Irina ignored our table the whole night. We ordered food and it never came! When we informed the owner of this instead of an apology, he had the audacity to get angry with us telling us if we didn't want the food to leave. Save your money avoid these rude people!

Staff has this preconceived idea that they are better than their customers just because it's a hookah bar with alcohol. You want water? Get up and ask. You want another drink? Get up and ask. Want the check? What do you think?
I am in total agreement with P Wilson's review that the amenities of this place do NOT excuse their blatant and confrontational behavior and the way that they treat other well-meaning human beings. The food and drink, although decent, is the only redeeming factor and even that was not too great. One day this place is gonna slip up with whatever it is that they do, and karma gives pretty bad tips.
Services are very rude. Had to wait for at lest an hour to get the food, one of the orders was wrong and the waitress was trying to convince us to pay for it. We denied and they took another 30 mins to make the right order, so we had to cancel it. Waited for 20 mins to get beers. The waitress included 20% tip to our bill without even asking if it was ok. Never coming back again. They ruined my friends bday with this terrible service.
Quaint with a very eclectic crowd...friendly and inviting. Outdoor tiki area is chill with hookas all over and good vIbes. Kinda hope it doesn't get too popular though and loose its neighborhood feel
