Great insurance agency! They informed me, as well as helped me with my life, auto and home insurance. I was finally able to get help to me build my credit. They are very patient and have been helping me along the way.
Called them to cancel, no one asked me for my name or anything to verify my policy. Was told it was canceled. Called a few days later was still told it was canceled. Called a week later after i haven't received a refund state farm said the policy was never canceled. Aug 22nd called again still wasn't cancelled. Ended up letting my credit card company handle it. Now on 9/3 I received a notice that I didn't pay and this office called me 3 times to say I didn't pay. Same office that was suppose to cancel my insurance a month ago. Defiantly stay away from this office. I got my money back thanks to my credit card company. But this place is a sham
I needed immediate service with a new home owner's policy. They made time and talked to me about all the options and what would be mostly likely needed for the loan, even though it was 3 minutes to 6 pm (closing time for them). Very helpful, informed, and nice. Great customer service and since it is nearer to my new house, I'm moving my current auto insurance too. Worked with Nieves and Christian Durand, both are great, very personable, and informed people.
If you want the best customer experience, speak to Josh Diaz !! He is so helpful and willing to go WAY out of his way to help with anything ! Will never not come to this specific branch for the convenience factor alone .
