My son and I arrived today right in the middle of their transition from Secure to Concentra. The staff is wonderful and apologized for delays due to their new computer programs/training needs. They still treated us wonderfully and thoroughly, and offered snacks due to the length of our visit (much appreciated by mom and 6yo).
Secure Medical Care *used* to be good when Dr. Liss and the top-notch doctors were there. The place has really gone downhill and expect (a) long wait times, and (b) to go more-than-once (to have them tell you just to go to a primary care physician anyway).
Great experience! I took my daughters to the Gaithersburg office for sports physicals and flu shots. Doctors and staff were kind and efficient. The hours were great! Thank God for the weekend and evening hours! They make routine medical appointments possible for working parents and busy kids. Thanks Secure Medical.
Went for a DOT physical. Showed up at 3:45 and told there was a 45 minute wait. Finally after waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes and not being seen, I demanded my money back and left.
Most of my visits have been excellent with little or no wait time and extremely good care, with great follow-up. The only problem I've ever had is that they told me my hand wasn't broken, then when I went to the orthopedist 3 weeks later he showed me the break on the xray but it was too late to do anything about it.
