Highly recommend Cabinet Discounters for kitchen remodeling. We worked with Tess, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Their electricians and plumbers did their work without any problems. In addition to being happy with their cabinets, recommendations for granite and appliances were also very useful and productive .
We LOVE our new kitchen that Mike Bliss at Cabinet Discounters in Gaithersburg helped us design. He was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We appreciated his honest opinions and taking the time to explain pros and cons of various choices, without trying to push high-end solutions. Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful and great quality. We ended up also buying our granite counter top here which was competitively priced and flawlessly and painlessly installed.
Can't say enough good things about my kitchen remodeling experience with Cabinet Discounters. I worked with Tess Moran in their Gaithersburg branch and she was able to very quickly get a sense of my style and then guide me through the cabinet, countertop and floor selection process. And the demolition/installation process went like clockwork. Everything was scheduled in advance and all the various specialists (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, tilers, countertop installers) kept to the schedule. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
Unbelievable and horrible - cabinets came through the delivery without padding, 12 of 17 doors damaged, scratched or warped. Now the whole kitchen project delayed for God knows how long, in limbo now. Customer service is unresponsive. Gaithersburg, MD office. Would never recommend them.
After unsuccessfully shopping around at big box stores and on the web for bathroom vanities, we decided to again use Cabinet Discounters of Gaithersburg which had done a wonderful job on our kitchen remodeling last year. Again, Phil H. very professionally worked with us to remodel 3 bathrooms, and provided us with different options to help us stay within our budget. The in-house brand quartz counter top he recommended turned out to be ideal, at a lower cost, for the bathrooms. The installation of the counter tops were done skillfully to perfection by Pablo's team. Their product quality is outstanding, but it's their customer service that really sets them apart from others. All issues are promptly resolved with no hassles. Their service personnel, Ward S. was very friendly and professional in working to correct some minor manufacturer issues. He even took care of items that were not noticeable to a layman. That is truly outstanding customer service. Cabinet Discounters do have a fantastic staff! We highly recommended them to our friends.
