Well my journey with Dr. Viviana Urban began with a cracked tooth. I called on a recommendation from a longtime friend who has been under Lifetime Smile for 15 years. When I called I was setting up an appointment for a cleaning and evaluation but was asked was I having any problems now. I mentioned I had a cracked tooth, to my surprise I was told they could see me that day to look at that cracked tooth. Dr. Viviana Urban told me we need to take care of this cracked tooth first, and it was worked on with the most attention to detail I had ever experienced at a dental visit. Dr. Urban’s touch was so smooth, and with her assistant was like one person, not two working on my teeth. I must say I had neglected my teeth for years but she encouraged me with kind words, “everything can be fixed Kevin”, that made me feel good. I can say after 4 visits I started to feel like I was part of the dental family. The staff is great and make you feel welcomed every time I have an appointment. I urge you to take a visit, and experience someone who truly loves her practice.

I have been going to this practice since the early 1990s when the Urbans took it over. I no longer live in the nearby area so it takes me up to 90 minutes to get there. But I tend to be loyal when dealing with various businesses or service providers, .... that is when they provide high quality technical service. Dr. Viviana Urban has done just that for well over two decades. She is very thorough in diagnosis of issues, in making clear easy to understand recommendations, and is exacting in implementing those recommendations. Her business staff was very helpful when I decided to get dental insurance several years ago. The rest of the office staff and my hygienist Lori are all very efficient and pleasant to work with. So, while I wish they were closer, the ride isn't so bad assuming the weather cooperates and there are always other things in the area to take advantage of as needed. I highly recommend the dental services of Dr. Viviana Urban.
