Asked for a certain drink that was on the menu and the cashier looked at me as if I were talking nonsense. Had to repeat myself SEVERAL times while ordering and cashier dragged. Was not friendly.
I just started working in the area and have visited this Starbucks several times. They are the worst! Every time I've been, I've ended up walking out without buying anything.
I've run into newbie servers from time to time but in general the service is good.
Didn't feel like wasting my time going back so I had to leave it as is.
Terrible service and Iv been to many Starbucks. None like that one.
After I recieved my order it was STILL wrong . Had to change my drink and when I did finally get my drink it was wrongly made.
They never have coffee readily brewed, pour over only. They seemed disorganized and easily distracted. The place was really messy too.
Bad service.
I've watched the one cashier talk and flirt with a female customer after she had already ordered and paid. Instead of taking the next customer, waiting in his backed up line, he's chit chatting and getting cute with a woman, holding up the line. I wasn't the only one who walked out his line that morning. Total clown!
Not a terrible location but not full service (no drive through and not too much indoor seating for studying/meeting). A nice regular crew that always treats you well and will ensure your drink makes you happy! A great stop before or after you do your grocery shopping next door at the Giant. (Note that this Starbucks is NOT in the Giant, thus is one worth going to!)
Fast services. Nice seating arrangements. Plenty of space to do work with ones own laptop.
