We have been coming to The Melting Pot for the last 18 years on our anniversary every year. Melting Pot is much more than just going out and having dinner it's an interactive experience where you get to be part of making dinner. Although some might think that's defeating the purpose of going out to dinner and being served it's actually a lot of fun and it forces you to pace yourself while you're eating. In the end you actually find yourself conversing more with your dinner partners simply because there's a lot of downtime while you're waiting for things to heat up and cook. It's an immensely fun restaurant which at the same time maintains a wonderful intimacy by having each table its own separate little booth. You generally can't see any other patrons in the restaurant. Each year we have gone we get the anniversary teddy bear package. We now have a small army of Melting Pot teddy bears. This year the lovely manager even stopped by and gave us a beautiful rose and an extra discount coupon.
Looks like new management, same great service and the food excellent. Alex the manager stopped by our table and asked how our service and evening was going. That was nice for him to take time out to do that. We said Zach was doing amazing job. Very attentive, friendly and polite. I have been a loyal customer to the Melting Pot for many many years and I have never been disappointed. When you go ask for Zach.
Amazing time, outstanding food and service. We come for our anniversary every year, this year there was even champagne on the house! They made the night very special.
The first course cheese pot was fantastic. The second course salad was nice and flavourful. Third course bouillon was perfect amount of savory. And the chocolate forth course was decadent. Friendly wait staff and their cocktails were delicious. Because the wait staff have to make a lot of your food at the table, there can be a bit of a wait between courses.
Celebrated my wedding anniversary at melting pot and was treated amazingly! I have never seen a restaurant go so out of its way to make it a special evening, especially when they foundout it was my anniversary when we arrived. They were incredibly attentive and kind. I don't typically write reviews but they deserve to acknowledged for incredible hospitality. Thank you for an amazing anniversary!
