Overall, I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for any tattoo, coverup, piercing. Etc.
I have been going to raw ink studio since 2009 when they have not moved to their new location. I have been very happy with my service back when and now. I am currently in the process of working with Bobby to get a piece I've wanted. He works hand in hand with what I am going for and also draws out the design for you. He is honestly a master at his trade, I would highly recommend him. As for the other artists, I have seen all of their work and I would also trust them as well.
I visited the shop in hopes of getting a new tattoo. I spoke with bobby(the owner) and he assured me that the shop was the place to get my next piece of art. I gave him my ideas and he said he was the man for the job and asked for my contact info so that he may schedule a consulting appointment.....sound great so far.. He let me know that he had a full schedule for some time a but he could still work with me in the mean time. I gave him all my contact information, left the shop very excited and ready to go.....only to never hear from him again. I do understand that he is busy, but it is no means professional to start to beginning process to find out it was bs
Everything about this shop was top quality, reception, understanding and designing exactly what I was looking for. Raw Ink is the only place I'm going for tattooing from this day forward.
As for the building itself, It is very clean. The bathroom is always clean as a whistle (a must). There is also a really cool art gallery within the building. There have been consistent live events there as well which are really cool if you are local.
The lady at the front was really helpful and nice. They have really cool saltwater fish tanks all around the shop which was a bonus for me. I got both lobes pierced and Jason was super professional. He explained the cleaning regimen and answered all my questions. Two days in and no swelling or infection (fingers crossed).
