Went in to ride the motorized animals. The sign said "5$ for 8 minutes" (of riding the animals). We rented three animals. After two minutes two of our animals stopped working. We went to the manager and asked to fix them. He took away one and said "you rode all 8 minutes I'll give you extra time" then he took away one so two of us rode cuz he was able to restart one. Then both stopped working again within two minutes. We went back asked for refund. He said no we don't do that. There was no "no refunds" sign and we asked mall security and mall customer service they said we should get our refund because we rode for four minutes for two of us ( not full time ) the guy was terrible he scammed us
$6.50 per 30 min per kid. 3 big inflatable play areas.
Dirty and very disorganized. They aren't clear about the posted prices and what you do or don't get for what you pay. A total waste of money.
